10 million people and counting: That’s my estimate of how many lives I’ve touched over my career as a change agent, business strategist and talent management consultant.

I work with many of the world’s leading organizations to design and implement human resource strategies that inspire confidence, change behavior, build engagement and drive superior business performance. I help executives create a vision and put it into action, navigate change and mitigate risk. I partner with CHROs and their teams to solve complex problems, and create talent and reward programs that support the organization’s brand and deliver a meaningful employee experience that builds engagement and motivates performance. And I lead the development of communication and change management strategies that help employees develop new skills, manage their careers and make informed decisions about their health and financial well-being.

I currently lead a global team of 300+ communication and change management consultants in one of the world’s leading human resources consulting firms. I and my team work with more than 1,300 clients each year across a wide range of industries. My work has won numerous awards, including the coveted IABC Gold Quill Award.
